SERVICES

There’s a lot you could hand over. Let’s start with what you’re tired of carrying.

You don’t need another person waiting for a task list. You need someone experienced enough to understand the business, take ownership of meaningful work and keep it moving without everything coming back to you.

That might mean managing a project, fixing the backend, coordinating a launch, improving a system or taking responsibility for the operational work that has quietly become your second full-time job.

Tell me what’s taking too much of your time, attention or headspace.

YOU PROBABLY DON’T NEED “MORE HELP.”

You need someone who can actually take things off your plate.

Your business is established. There are clients, offers, content, emails, platforms, projects, launches, contractors and plans for what comes next.

The problem is that an uncomfortable amount of it still depends on you.

You remember what needs following up. You notice when something hasn't happened. You know where everything lives.

You connect the dots between people and projects. You answer the questions, make the decisions and keep half-finished ideas somewhere in the back of your brain until you finally have time to deal with them.

And when you delegate, you can sometimes end up doing half the thinking anyway.

That’s the part I’m here to change.

I work closely enough with your business to understand the context, not just the task. So instead of giving me every individual step, you can increasingly give me the problem, project or outcome and trust me to help work out what needs to happen next.

WHAT CAN YOU ACTUALLY HAND OVER?

I offer three core ways of working together.

All are designed for ongoing, retainer-based support - not one-off fixes.

Choose the lane that fits where you are right now.

STRATEGIC RIGHT-HAND & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

For when you need another senior brain close to the business.

SYSTEMS, LAUNCHES &
BACKEND

For the parts of the business that need building, fixing or sorting out.

ONGOING IMPLEMENTATION & OWNERSHIP

For the things that need doing, but never quite get done.

LEARN MORE

For when you need another senior brain close to the business.

Maybe you have plenty of ideas but not enough capacity to turn all of them into plans. Projects are happening, but you’re still the person checking that they happen. Your team can execute, but you remain the person holding all the context, remembering what was decided and noticing when something has quietly fallen behind.

I can step into that space.

I help make sense of priorities, turn ideas into executable plans, oversee projects, coordinate moving pieces and solve the operational problems that inevitably appear along the way.

I also keep sight of the things that are easy to lose when you’re busy running the company: what needs following up, what’s waiting on someone, what needs a decision and what has been discussed but hasn’t actually moved forward.

Over time, that means I’m not simply completing work around the edges of your business. I understand enough of what’s happening to anticipate what comes next, flag what needs your attention and take genuine ownership of the things that don’t.

WHAT THAT CAN LOOK LIKE

❤︎ Turning an idea you've mentioned three times into an actual project with a plan, owners and deadlines

❤︎ Managing projects from “we should do this” through to finished

❤︎ Coordinating team members and contractors so you aren't the go-between

❤︎ Keeping priorities visible when fourteen things suddenly feel urgent

❤︎ Following up on decisions and making sure the resulting work happens

❤︎ Researching options and bringing you recommendations rather than another problem to solve

❤︎ Creating processes around work that currently happens differently every time

The result: you’re no longer the only person holding the context, driving things forward and making sure nothing important gets missed.

For the parts of the business that need building, fixing or sorting out.

WHAT THAT CAN LOOK LIKE

❤︎ Planning and coordinating launches

❤︎ Building or improving funnels and customer journeys

❤︎ Setting up email sequences, tagging and automations

❤︎ Organising course or membership infrastructure

❤︎ Creating content and email workflows

❤︎ Building useful Notion workspaces and operating systems

❤︎ Connecting platforms and automating repetitive processes

❤︎ Reviewing an overcomplicated backend and simplifying how it works

❤︎ Documenting processes so important knowledge doesn't live in one person's head

❤︎ Researching and implementing new platforms when you've outgrown the old ones

The result: the important parts of your business work properly and reliably behind the scenes, without you having to manually hold everything together.

The funnel someone built three years ago. The course platform that's mostly organised. The email automations nobody wants to touch. The launch process held together by an old Google Doc and collective memory. The system that made perfect sense two offers and three team members ago, but somehow became permanent.

Sometimes you don't need another strategy session about it. You need someone to get in there and sort it out.

I can look at what already exists, understand what you're trying to achieve and work out what’s missing, outdated, overcomplicated or simply making life harder than it needs to be.

Then I can actually do something about it: map out how it should work, research the right solution, rebuild the awkward bits, connect what needs connecting and make sure the whole thing works properly in practice.

If changing one thing affects your emails, customer journey, team workflow or another part of the backend, that gets considered too. The goal isn’t to create another shiny setup that works beautifully in isolation. It’s to make the business behind the business work better as a whole.

So you’re not left with something technically “finished” that still requires you to remember the workarounds, fill the gaps or explain to everyone else how it’s supposed to work.

For the things that need doing, but never quite get done.

This is the category for the work that doesn’t necessarily require a whole new strategy. You may already know exactly what needs to happen. The problem is finding the time to research it, set it up, coordinate it, chase the missing piece, test it, fix the annoying bit and actually get it across the finish line.

Sometimes you just need someone capable to own it.

Give me the outcome and the context and I can work out what needs to happen, what needs to happen first and what I can take care of without pulling you back into every detail.

I research, build, implement, coordinate, manage platforms and follow up. I stay close enough to the business to know what’s happening and keep the work moving, rather than waiting for you to remember every next step and hand it to me.

And because I’m working inside the business on an ongoing basis, you don’t have to keep explaining the backstory. I know the platforms, the projects, the people and the priorities. When something new lands, I can understand where it fits and what else it affects.

The result: more of what you’ve decided to do actually gets done, with fewer half-finished projects, loose ends and things sitting on your “I need to deal with that” list.

WHAT THAT CAN LOOK LIKE

❤︎ Researching something and coming back with the answer and recommendation

❤︎ Building and implementing things you've already decided to do

❤︎ Managing platforms and backend tech

❤︎ Coordinating assets, people and deadlines

❤︎ Following up with contractors or team members

❤︎ Handling recurring operational work

❤︎ Updating and maintaining systems once they're built

❤︎ Managing content or email operations

❤︎ Testing customer journeys and fixing gaps

❤︎ Picking up the inevitable “can someone please deal with this?” jobs that come with running a business

THE IMPORTANT BIT

THESE AREN’T THREE LITTLE BOXES YOU HAVE TO FIT INTO.

Your business probably needs a mixture of all three.

That’s normal.

You might need me thinking strategically about a project on Monday, coordinating people on Tuesday, fixing an automation on Wednesday and researching the best way to implement something new on Thursday.

I don't expect you to diagnose whether you need an OBM, operations manager, project manager, systems person or senior VA before you're allowed to contact me.

Tell me what’s happening in the business.

Tell me what keeps coming back to you, what isn't working properly, what has been sitting unfinished for months and what you would love to stop being responsible for.

Then we can work out where I would be most useful.

This section is important because it gets you away from the typical service-provider website where someone has to choose between PACKAGE A, PACKAGE B and PACKAGE C when what they're really thinking is “I have absolutely no idea what I need; I just need someone competent.”

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

ONGOING, EMBEDDED SUPPORT

The more I understand your business, the more useful I become.

I’m primarily interested in ongoing client relationships rather than popping in, completing an isolated task and disappearing again.

Why?

Because the real value of this work comes from context.

When I understand your offers, customers, team, platforms, priorities, working style and approximately seventeen peculiarities of how your business has evolved over the years, you don't have to keep starting from zero with me.

I know what you're referring to.

I know what happened last time.

I know who needs to be involved.

I can see when something doesn't quite make sense.

And eventually, you get to say:

“Can you handle this?”

without immediately following it with a twelve-point explanation of how.

That is the relationship we're building towards.

Why me?

12+ YEARS BEHIND THE SCENES

I’ve been doing this long enough to know that the task is rarely just the task.

A launch affects email, content, tech, customer experience, timelines and half a dozen people.

A new offer creates operational questions nobody thought about while creating the offer.

A “quick automation” can reveal three other things that aren't working properly.

That’s why experience matters.

For more than 12 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes with entrepreneurs, experts, personal brands, courses, memberships and established online businesses, including million-dollar operations.

I've worked across enough platforms, projects, launches, systems and strange internet-business problems that I'm comfortable being handed something I haven't encountered before.

I don't need to know everything.

I need to know how to figure things out, what questions to ask, what else to consider and how to get from problem to solution.

That’s what twelve-plus years gives you.

Berit is a complete asset to my business. From the moment we started working together she has been a vital part of my growth and has consistently improved my workflow and processes.

She is constantly developing new systems and practices because she is very passionate about helping me to succeed. Berit plays a vital role on my team and goes above and beyond in the work that she completes for me.

I am beyond grateful to have found her because of her unique skills and the dedication that she exhibits in everything she does.”

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS

What would you hand over if you knew it would actually get handled?

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly written job description or know whether you need an OBM, operations partner, project manager or something in between.

Tell me what’s happening in the business, what’s taking too much of your time and what you wish someone else would simply take ownership of.

We’ll talk about where you need support, what I could take off your plate and whether working together makes sense.
