I'm Berit

If your business is successful but everything still somehow depends on you, you’re not alone. I help founders get out from under the mental load by bringing structure, follow-through, and a second brain that actually sticks.

For over a decade, I’ve worked behind the scenes in online businesses - helping founders and small teams manage the moving pieces, keep projects on track, and build systems that don’t fall apart the second things get busy.

And here’s what I’ve learned: most business owners don’t need more ideas. They need more capacity.

Because when you’re the one holding the context, the decisions, the follow-ups, and the “tiny things,” the business starts to feel heavier than it should, even when it’s going well.

I’m a mum to three boys, which means I’m very good at managing chaos, logistics, and about twelve conversations at once.

I split my time between two countries every week, so planning ahead and staying organised isn’t optional - it’s a lifestyle.

I’m fully obsessed with hockey. If there’s a game on, there’s a good chance I’m watching (or talking about it).

I genuinely love planning. Calendars, systems, lists, and making things make sense is my idea of fun.

I’m a big reader and set myself a goal to read 100 books this year - because learning and curiosity are non-negotiable for me.

I’m obsessed with tech, studied accounting at university, and find a weird amount of joy in solving problems and making things add up for a living.
