The business works. It may work very well.
But too much of it still works because you are personally holding it together.
That’s the part I help with.
I come into the business, learn how it works, get my head around what’s happening and start taking ownership of the things that don’t need to live with you anymore.
Not just completing tasks.
Thinking, organising, recommending, coordinating, implementing and following things all the way through.

I’ve worked behind the scenes with entrepreneurs, experts, personal brands, course and membership businesses and million-dollar operations.
Sometimes I’m the online business manager.
Sometimes I’m running a launch, rebuilding a backend, sorting out a workflow, managing a project, researching a solution or figuring out why something that should be simple has somehow become a five-platform circus.
Most often, I’m a combination of them.
Because real businesses rarely arrive in neat service categories.
My value is that you don’t have to come to me with the solution already mapped out. You can bring me the problem, the idea, the mess or the “we’ve needed to sort this for six months” and I can help work out what happens next.
And then, importantly, help make it happen.
At which point you might reasonably wonder who exactly is being supported.
That isn’t the relationship I’m interested in creating.
I want to understand the business well enough to notice what needs attention, bring you solutions rather than just problems, keep track of the loose ends and take genuine responsibility for the work I own.
You will still be the founder. You’ll still make the decisions that belong with you.
But you won’t have to be the project manager, operations department, institutional memory and human reminder app for the entire business.

I help you make sense of priorities, turn ideas into executable plans, oversee projects, coordinate moving pieces and solve operational problems.
I keep sight of what’s happening, what needs attention and what comes next, so everything doesn’t keep coming back to you.
The result: you’re no longer the only person holding the context, driving things forward and making sure nothing important gets missed.

That could mean a launch, funnel, automation, course, membership, content workflow, email system, customer journey, Notion setup or a backend that’s become unnecessarily complicated.
I look at what you already have, work out how it should function, identify what’s missing and then help build, fix or improve it.
The result: the important parts of your business all work properly behind the scenes, more reliably and efficiently, without you having to manually hold everything together.

I research, build, implement, coordinate and follow up. Give me the outcome and context, and I’ll work out what needs doing, what comes first and how we get it done.
I stay close, handle the details & keep things moving, so you don't need to remember, assign or follow up on every next step.
The result: more of what you’ve decided to do actually gets done, with fewer half-finished projects, loose ends and things sitting on your “I need to deal with that” list.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly written job description or know whether you need an OBM, operations partner, project manager or something in between.
Tell me what’s happening in the business, what’s taking too much of your time and what you wish someone else would simply take ownership of.
We’ll talk about where you need support, what I could take off your plate and whether working together makes sense.
